The app allows users to check fuel and oil levels in their GM vehicles, as well as the tire pressures in vehicles equipped with sensors. In the Volt hybrid-electric, they can check the battery life levels as well. Remotely locking or unlocking doors as well as starting vehicles can also be done. Even navigation information can be added to the car's OnStar system from the app, saving the time during the trip.
