The Pontiac GTO doesn't fit in there quite as well because it's just a rebadged Monaro. It's a big deal to revive a nameplate. I'd hate to see the Camaro get rushed into production and be a disappointment. Ford learned from their Thunderbird fiasco and the S197 Mustang is a huge success. I hope GM takes note and learns from mistakes made during the GTO's run.
