January's sales figures weren't kind to many automakers, with General Motors seeing a massive 49 percent decline in new car sales. As such, General Motors has announced a new sales campaign intended to rally sales during the month of February.

GM's Presidents Day Sale kicks off today and will run through March 2nd. The month long sales event will include some of GM's most popular models, including the Chevrolet Silverado and Malibu, Buick Enclave and Cadillac CTS, according to Automotive News.

During the sale, buyers will be able to choose between 0 percent financing for 60 months or 1.9 percent financing for 72 months. In addition to existing incentives, some models will also qualify for another $1,000 to $2,000 in cash back incentives.

Buyers will also be able to use GM's GMAC financing arm during the sales event. After financing zero vehicles during the month of December, GMAC financed about 5,000 vehicles in January.
