the new Camaro in silver looks like one of those ultra-modern fridges with the side-by-side doors. The tin can look just didn’t cut it for me. Until I recently saw it in another color, I was just not impressed. In black it looks like a Batmobile– and in other colors it looks great. I just wish the grill was a little thicker. Other than that, they nailed the design really well (though I just can’t get over the tin can fridge thing).
I’ll bet it starts at over 20k– easily, unless they cut too many corners. If I had the money, I’d buy one. Cheers to GM’s RWD (possible) come back!

I wish they would bring it back and start the V6 at 16.5-17.5 because its a v6. Start the z28 at 21-22.5 and bring back a SS model at 30 but I want the SS to be at 400+hp and torque (wishful thinking)If they did this only extreme Stang loyalists will stick with that dying horse. Everyone would love the Camaro SS wih +400 Torque and HP at around 30k

It’s about time. Who cares about gas mileage. GM needs to put power back into RWD. I’m sick of SUV’s. If you want gas mileage, buy a Honda.

well as long as the Camaro does not have a live rear axle it will kill the ’stang.

they probably know that but it takes gm 4 years to bring a car to production, look how long it took them to copy the pt cruiser with the horrible hhr….

If you don’t build and release the new Camaro within the next 12-14 months, you’ll miss a big marketing window. Gas is only getting more expensive.

start the v6 at 20k, the v8 at 24k and the zo6 engine at 28k…ha ya right
