Let me repeat that: Apples for apples, GM vehicles are every bit as fuel efficient as ANY other vehicle out there. Don't believe it? You're not alone. But here are some numbers: Tahoe/Yukon 4WD compared to Totoya Sequoia: Yukon is better by 1 mpg (combined) Silverado/Sierra 4WD compared to Tundra: GMC better by 2 MPG (combined) Pontiac G6 to Camry 4 cyl auto: SAME (25 combined) I could go on, but you get my point (well, I know at least one of you won't get it), and I have to get back to work. The thing is, people give GM a bad rap for fuel economy comparing the Hummer to the Prius, which isn't fair. Sure, Honda gets good economy (the Accord beats the G6 by 1 MPG, I believe), but so does GM, and it isn't the wide economy gap that it is portrayed. Compare for yourselves at www.fueleconomy.gov.
