Good grief…I just completely forgot about the Greenline VUE that I was going to order in a few weeks. I’m going to wait patiently for this this or that gorgeous new Aura Hybrid. Way to knock it out of the park Saturn/GM! Good to see you back in action!

Ray, if all I have is hope then that’s all I’ve got. But if this concept is coming to us and replacing the not so exciting VUE, then in the words of the dumber than dumb president….BRING IT ON!

It looks like a two-door Murano, but the production version won’t have the Murano’s fit-and-finish halo.

I appreciate these new designs they’re coming up with, but to be perfectly honest, Saturn is still at or near the very bottom of the list of brands that I’d considering buying. But that’s just me.

You know, that’s totally true. Also keep Chevy for a bargain basement line as they’re positioning it around the rest of the world:

- Chevy + Trucks + Corvette
- GMC (with some real differentiation)
- Saturn
- Saab (only if they can really make it different, also useful for platform sharing with Caddy in Europe)
- Cadillac
- Hummer (it makes money)

Drop Buick and Pontiac (made even more unnecessary now that Saturn is what Pontiac should have been for the last 25 years).

Other Jim: I agree with you; if you’ll sell me a Diesel – but knowing GM will somehow find a way strike out with three men on base – I don’t exect it to happen.

….and Mike; get your lard-butt off welfare and mow my lawn. No, I’m not paying you $30hr with zero copay insurance because you were too stoopid to graduate H.S. but still expect the Bling.

I hire a guy and his wife from Mexico that would work rings around every slacker I’ve seen with his hat on sideways at 10am in Walmart. They’re on the books for $10 & $13hr, work 6 days and save money. We run around hating the French – then act just like them.

Everyone knows that the next VUE is going to be a version of Cevy’s Daewoo built Captiva.

(and Mike, I agree with you…12 to 20 million? a guest worker/amnesty plan is like trying to fix a severed artery with a band aid.)
