The truth is, they are victims, but it's not the company doing it, it's the Union. Victimhood, promotes the Marxist philosophy. Create enough victims and soon you'll have everyone screaming for fairness. Fairness. Sound familiar? And fairness as we all know, means everyone gets the same thing... Without Unions, these guys would be able to negotiate salaries and benefits. Rise through the ranks and maybe even become an executive. Partake in those bonuses and create a company culture that's proud of what they do again. Toyota and Honda doled out $20,000 bonuses this year to their non-unionized factory workers. These guys in the Union will continue to miss out as long as they feel and accept the idea that they are victims needing the Union to protect them.
