Delivery trucks (or buses and repair vehicles in the case mentioned above) are like mobile billboards carrying your company's branding and when they drive anti-socially your drivers might as well be giving the bird to your potential customers. We already use a quite sophisticated monitoring system to check on our drivers' behaviour, and this would be a welcome addition. It is of no concern to me whether the driver's are having fun behind the wheel, that is something they can do in their own time. That said, if anyone tried to offer something similar in my privately-owned car, I'd be heading to another dealership straight away.
