Hamann builds souped-up BMW M6

10/10/2006, 10:46 PM

By admin

German customizer Hamann has put together a new wide-body kit for the BMW M6 coupe. The company has yet to release specific details on the package, but we suspect it is similar to the Hamann’s previous M6 projects, which leave the 500 horsepower V10 engine untouched.

The car features extensive body customizations, Hamann wheels, vertical doors, a vibrant orange color scheme, and some extra-wide tires with accompanying wide body treatments. A roof and trunk spoiler are also added for increased aerodynamics.

ugly piece of crap. i don’t know why cmpanies keep using that same style for the widened fenders. it pretty much looks like a 16-yr-old got some money, threw away his mom’s accord with the silly wheels and basket handle on the trunk, and bought this thing to replace it.

all sweet except for no engine mods, and those retarded doors. twin turbo would be sweet.

i think Heffner makes the best mods around for supercars. just look in this months C&D for proof of that. completely understated and a couple o’ turbos at a reasonable price for absolutly wild power. thats what ought to be done with the M6.

OMG, Hamman actually made a car looked better than stock. The 6 series is one fugly car but Hamman actually made it look serious.

Then I saw the signature “gotta have-it rear spoiler.” Back to fugly. I don’t think they have ever left any car, from Ferrari to Lamborghini, without one.
