its a lamborghini…if you have contemplate the price of the oil changes you cant afford the car so just move on.

No matter how fast the corvette is it cant stand up next to any of the worlds supercars. Watch.

I drive a Ferrari

See…now how stupid does that corvette look in the company of those brands. IM not saying the corvette is abad car. In fact its a great perfromance bargin…but its still just a 40,000 corvette with a big motor in it.

Good thing Hamman ran out gave it that exotic ’sports’ muffler. I’m sure Lamborghini hadn’t already thought about that.

I think the point that W1ck3d / Dirk is trying to make is that the Corvette can’t possibly be a Supercar because it isn’t ‘Super’ at impressing all of your friends and picking up 22 year old college coeds, or strippers.

Why would you want to use the arcane method of ranking cars by inconsequential numbers, like acceleration, braking and slalom times to judge the what is ‘Super.’ I mean, those Lambo oil changes must be a ‘Super’ experience to the wallet, and that gives you something to brag about to your buddy who doesn’t have the Super burden you’ve been saddled with by having to take care of that Lamborghini princess in your garage.

You mean…. I can have a Super car AND still put the kids thru college without being a corporate sellout? Sign me up for a Z06.

So the tires are different from one side to the other.
The left side tires are Pirelli Rosso’s, not sure about the right.

Looking at the photos the rear wing looks like it could interfere with the limited rear visibility, so I suggest raising the wing at least 1-2′ higher like the 1970 Plymouth Superbird. Go big or go home.

When you comparing cars, it’s not always about speed. Z06 is WAY out of it’s league compared to the Lamborghini. Maybe if it was being compared with an srt-10. But not this.

The Corvette is not comparable to a Lambo? You are all amazingly ignorant. On the Top Gear test track the C6 Z06 beat the Murcielago, and was only .1 second slower than the Ferrari 360 S. It was also faster than the Gallardo, the Ferrari 575 GTC, you guys need to learn some facts.

WHY? Didn’t the factory do a good enough job? Must ‘tuners’ ruin everything? I’m no great Lambo fan (as of late), but I appreciate what the factory tries to do…this on the other hand is an abomination.

While I agree that the rear wing should better be taken off, I don’t understand why anyone would even say this car is comparable to the Z06.
The Corvette is no supercar imo. It’s fast, but the Lambo is way out of it’s league. Lambo looks much much much better.

#2, the Z06 is a good car, but please, Murcielago vs. Corvette. apples and oranges buddy. Even a fast Vette will never be in the same league as a Lambo/Ferrari…

It would be like comparing the Cobalt SS to an M3.
