For if the Edge tanks, the company will surely be dragged with it. Better invest in more models with more attractive designs that people will actually want to buy. Because all I see in the Ford Edge is more boring designs from Ford. Maybe they can bring in the design chief from Ford's European arm with recent hits like the S max and the Galaxy. Isn't as sporty as the Mazda, but it does have a badass all-American look, has more room than the Mazda, plus it gets better mileage and has more power (265hp on the latest version, I believe). I would probably normally prefer the Mazda but the mileage is atrocious on the thing. If in 2 years I want to replace the current ride, I'll be all over the Edge. The gotta-have-now buyers will be gone, and there will be rebates, and all the bugs out. Go Ford! Good job ... I like the Edge.
