It is widely known that Honda has junk for auto trans, but the Pilot was auto only and I needed the SUV. First auto trans I've had from Honda and last Honda I'll ever own. The dealership even defrauded me on the sale. Took my money and never ordered the vehicle. Took me six months and a fight with AH to get it. Wish they had kept it and I had moved on to another vehicle. Nothing but heart ache. This is the 4th and last. @ Zesty Honda: Bought the fluids from Honda every time. Mine went bad at 35,000 and had to be replaced at 65,000. Of course there was not a problem visible for Honda to see until the warranty ran out. This transmission has already been recalled on the Accord and Oddessey and there are plenty of disgruntled Pilot owners online waiting for Honda to do the right thing.
