According to Honda, the TL sedans in the recall may have been fitted with a defective power steering hose. Over time the hose could deteriorate, potentially causing a leak. Honda warns that a leak could cause the car to lose power steering or even cause a fire.

Is Honda's latest recall seems familiar, that's because it is. Honda recalled 273,000 Acura TL models in 2008 for a similar issue, according to the Detroit Free Press. That recall covered vehicles from the 2004-2008 model years.
