Look, no one can deny this is a good, solid car. Sure, it’s not exciting, not perfect, but a good value nonetheless for a family car. They did as good a job on the restyle as they could. The ones that succeed are the companies that are different and offer something no one else is. But it seems the the pool of what there is to offer in the auto market has grown stagnant. There has been some refreshers here and there, but no complete facelift, something that is badly needed. Its like marketeers are doing the designers jobs and trying to please every demographic. Well it NEVER happens. Leave designing to artist that can make cars attractive and desirable and offer that across ALL price ranges, granted that the higher you go the nicer it does get, but none of this great division between bland/ugly and desirable. Wonder why the retro craze took over? Its because nice cars and innovation was offered throughout the spectrum and that nostalgia of enjoying the car you drove in highschool has bitten the fifty year olds that now have money to burn.
