I still like the Coupe (as it’s known here in the UK) – the earlier ones (96-02)were awful and looked like somebody had parked them too close to a fire, but the current one looks great and drives well. It’s possibly a bit overpriced here and it could definitely do with more grunt – the V6 isn’t noticeably better than the 2l. I’m disappointed that the shots I’ve seen of the ’07 seem to have dropped the grille in favour of a slot – it makes it look too much like an old mazda mx-6.

The interior looks awesome despite how old it is. Cant say that about the Focus.

its been out a shorter time than the focus, and a successor is actually confirmed for replacement sometime this decade, unlike the piece of trash focus which sucks ass as usual.

I think it came out sometime in 2001 or 2002. It isn’t as old as the Focus though.

Yeh, that sweeping fold that starts at the front wheel opening with some combo of repeater/signal/vent/faux vent and swoops up, runs behind door handle, and fades below the C pillar, above the rear wheel opening, is on 25 cars/CUVs by now.

Kinda reminds me of the Puma. Yeah, I agree with Phil. It’s been out for a long, long time. It’s been freshened a few times. Heck, I remember thinking that it resembled the 456GT, and that Ferrari has come and gone!

This thing has looked more or less the same since when? It’s gotta be before the original Ford Focus came out, which is a damn long time ago.
