Remember the flame surfaces design that BMW have in so many of their current (& last ) generation design? Joking aside, it look so much better and more interesting than the ugly GLK. The MINI Cooper seems to have done very well and I'm starting to see more Lexus HS every week. I'm sure there are a lot of people that want to get a small car, but don't like the mediocre small car offerings from Toyota, Honda, GM, Ford, Nissan, Mazda, etc. Many people have begun to accept the smart 2-door and the Cooper. I think that if more people realized that MINI is owned by BMW, they'd be more interested. A luxury small car from M-B, Audi, Lexus, etc would convince a good number of consumers to either trade in their larger car or small SUV; or to add the small luxo gas sipper to their existing options.
