On their own, either street racing or drunk driving can be incredibly dangerous, if not deadly. But what happens when the two illegal activities intersect unexpectedly?
You could ask the owner of the red Honda Civic hatchback that in an instant was made half as long as it was meant to be, or the owner of the Nissan Xterra that plowed into said Civic, ending up flipped on its roof hundreds of feet away – all captured on video, posted on YouTube and shared via Carscoop.

Taking two cars and parking them on the freeway, blocking lanes, without any warning for incoming traffic is just plain stupid. Taking an SUV for a spin after consuming entirely too much alcohol is equally stupid, selfish and dangerous. Luckily for all of the parties involved in the less-than-stellar decision making going on here, no one was seriously hurt or killed.
Next time you decide you want to street race or think driving drunk is worth it, consider that it could end like this video – or far, far worse.
