Let Nasser get these companys! If he runs them like he ran Ford, the two names can be bought for a song when the fat lady sings! He is a 4’10″ little dictator that shouldn’t be in the car business! Good god…someone hired him?? Holy shit.

I definetely hope Ford retains a stake. And I pray that the LR and JAG dont go to India. That would be horrible

Actually, I think Ford would need to keep a stake in LR/Jag like they kept a stake in AM because of platform sharing. They probably want to control the IP dissemination of the EUCD platform on the Freelander as well as the Volvo I6.

I hope that Ford keeps a large stake in Jaguar. They could both benefit with alot of things, seeing that Aston Martin is gone. Move Jaguar where Aston Martin was, a sort of supercar halo brand, and push Lincoln to make better cars.

I’m unsure about Land Rover, but please, don’t sell them to two Indian firms. Not because I’m racist, but the two firms interested in Land Rover have no experience with personal automobiles, let alone Halo brands.

All the problems at Ford started with Nasser – He is one of the main reasons Ford is in the shape thay are in today. Now it looks like he might get his Baby, Land Rover, back in his control Ford gets the shaft twice!
