Such small features will not save a dull range like the current Xtype, Stype, and XJ sedans. Jaguar desperately needs new sedans to save the company. The new XK is a small step to the right direction but Jaguar needs more than this.

All Land Rovers were avaliable with a similar system in 2006 with the exeption of the LR3. It uses a roof mounted fold down screen but still has the easy access RCA jacks.

The Range Rover Sport and Range Rover use this system just missing the memory card readers. I bet they will have the memory card readers avaliable sometime next year as well.

Wayne – Thats my plan once i get to it. i havnt hooked anything up yet though. Im thinking an x-box is coming soon since ihave a PS2 in my room and could use the varaity.

I’m still in disbelief that it took ANY manufacturer this long to come out with something like this. I mean, they’re just installing easy-to-reach RCA inputs. Not even S-video, component or HDMI! Well, HDMI might be a little ahead of the game, but you get the point.

ss: run extension cables from the back of your head unit to the glovebox or center console. it’ll make your life much easier.

My Scion xB RS3 has these =^P. although the easy access AV jacks is a very nice touch. i have to take out the headdeck to access mine. Not really a big job but still not nearly as easy as something like that!
