Can someone tell me if the doghouse off a 96 XJ6 will fit a 98 XJ8. what about the AC and cooling?? What are the differences if any?? seems to me like the crome is different on top of the front bumper.

Secondo il magazine Automobile, come riportato da diversi siti web, Jaguar potrebbe dire addio alla “immutabile” linea dell’ammiraglia XJ nel 2009, mantenendo però una meccanica simile; questo perché l’attuale XJ sarebbe molto poco venduta, proprio a causa dello stile “datato”. La nuova, al contrario, avrebbe una moderna linea ispirata alla CLS, diventando una lunghissima e bassa berlina a 4 porte, con l’aspetto da coupé. Secondo altre fonti, la nuova XJ potrebbe essere anticipata al 2008, mentre è possibile che nel 2010 arrivi la sostituta della X-Type (ma nulla è stato ancora deciso), e tra il 2009 e il 2011 venga realizzata la XF-Type, una roadster derivata dalla nuova XK. They better hurry with their S and XJ replacements. They both are as stale as can be.
