Jaguar releases another I-Pace teaser, confirms March 1 debut
The all-electric SUV will be capable of charging to 80 percent in less than an hour and a half.
Jaguar has released another teaser image for the I-Pace and confirmed its debut for March 1.
"The all-electric I-PACE is not only a pioneer within our business, it promises to revolutionize the industry," promises Jaguar design director Ian Callum. "Never before have I been so excited for a launch - the world is watching with great anticipation and I cannot wait for the world to see everything we have achieved with this car."
The all-electric model will be capable of rapid charging a depleted battery to 80 percent full in just 85 minutes.
The company has also tested operation in the full range of extremes that internal-combustion cars must deal with, ranging from -40 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Over 200 production prototypes have been put through 1.5 million test miles and 11,000 hours of rig simulations.
The I-Pace will make its first public appearance at the Geneva Motor Show on March 6.
