All because some dumbass combing his hair, reading a magazine, trimming his beard, straightening his tie, drinking coffee, eating eggs benedict, changing the radio, watching a movie, playing with the nav system map, f’ing around with iDrive, changing the position of the seat, looking for a file in the briefcase behind the seat, talking on his phone using a hands free device happen to run over and kill a pedestrian. It is ALL the fault of the phone, no personal responsibility involved there…
