Oh my God… I`m shocked and dissapoinded… Lancia made amazing beautiful cars in 90`s and the beginning of 2000`s but this one… Funny to know that i`m not da first who have realized that the rear side of it looks like Murano`s. Italian designers was always the greatest creators of highly elegance cars, and it doesn`t depend of the class of the car – cheap Lancia Ypsilon or expensive Ferrari 456 – they was so sexy… But now… Ferrari Enzo – just a parody of Bertone`s 1993 concept FZ93. And this Lancia… looks like it was designed in Russia or in China. Awful. Made without any talent, without sence of beauy. I think if Lancia will keep creating cars like this – they will be in one step from bankrupcy. I mean, everybody loves italian cars for their beautiful style, and trying to forget about their low reliabilyty, bad quality and technical disadvantages. But when italian cars slowly became ugly… What advantages we should look for?

Lancia is still having image problems inside Fiat’s stables. It was supposed to be the Italian affordable luxury because it is obviously a few rung lower than Maserati. And the models they produce are too limited to make an impact outside Italy. Too bad for this storied luxury car nameplate because Fiat left it floundering for too long.

As for the new Stratos, I think a company named Fenomenon is planning to build a low volume model powered by a 425hp Ferrari 360 Modena engine. Don’t know if they are going to badge it as a Fenomenon or the classic Lancia badge though. This car is like the Camaro and Mustang- a retro car that actually looks different from the classic model.

A better choice to spruce up Lancia’s image will be the new Lancia Delta Integrale. Think of the Mitsu and Subaru street 4wd rally cars but with nicer Italian body. Maybe Lancia can rejoin the WRC ranks and reclaim past rallying glory and at the same time make the marque more visible.

These lights have been in Lancia before the Murano existed as on the Ypsilon and the Thesis.
This car looks original and elegant to me, especially the front. It only looks a bit too long to me and I´d like to see a 3 door version.
Wouldn´t it be great if Lancia made a new Stratos?

Hey guys… Check out the Lancia Ypsilon rear lights. It was released before the Murano. Maybe the Murano ripped off the Ypsilon!

Lancia has become the Italian Ford or Mercury… cars that are only driven by those who absolutely need one. They lack excitement and they’ve got a very stodgy image. Fiat and Alfa both have imaginative (and moderately reliable) designs that are reasonably priced.

the people at lancia seem to be pretty damn stubborn. They already had a concept car looking like the Murano a couple of years ago, only that it had two doors.. Are they really trying to establish this design as their own? how stupid, the murano is on sale in europe too, so everybody will know what copycats they are..

the rear lights do look like a Muranos, but I like the overall profile and looks of the car. I don’t like that C pillar, for some reason I’ve been seeing the same thing on alot of the SUV and Hatchback concepts lately.

What a ripoff of the Nissan Murano, which itself is a modern day AMC Gremlin and/or Pacer !
