Lexus announced pricing today for its 100-unit limited edition IS 350C F-Sport Special Edition. Starting at $57,500, plus a $875 destination fee, the IS 350C F-Sport Special Edition will arrive in dealers later this month.
Although more an appearance package than anything else, the F-Sport Special Edition does add quite a bit to the convertible’s suspension. Look for unique 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires and Bilstein shock absorbers to increase grip and firm up the ride. Meanwhile, the suspension is lowered about one inch and adds thicker front and rear swaybars, while Lexus has upgraded the front and rear brakes to a carbon ceramic setup.
To go with the mechanical changes, Lexus gave the F-Sport Special Edition a unique bodykit swathed in either Tungsten Pearl or Obsidian paint. Inside, special floormats, blue seat stitching and a leather-wrapped F-Sport gear lever for the automatic transmission.
Lexus offers the majority of the IS 350C F-Sport Special Edition’s trim and suspension goodies as part of its accessories catalog, as well.
