Especially with the last model...considering I saw a bunch of Toyota Prado's being driven around in Kuwait/Iraq/Qutar/UAE. Hard to justify minor changes and leather seats for a huge price difference. The rest of the models seem to seperate themselves from dressed up Toyotas, but that's what I see when I look at their SUVs. They should leave the Land Cruiser as the true Range Rover competitor, and pitch the LX toward the Escalade, GL450 and Navigator crowd. At my son's school, the Toyota RAV4 and Land Rover Discovery are becoming the official school run cars. It is so annoying. Who the hell wants a luxury 4x4? 4x4's go off-road, and for that you need something good and sturdy like a Defender. If you want luxury, buy the much better LS limousine.
