also in interior space and refinement porsche wins..I drove my friend’s ‘08 exige-S. awesome awesome performance but I was just too cramped in there!

I think you guys are comparing different car for different people. exige=pure expression of track car. porsche=pure expression of sports/track/daily car(911, cayman). What porsche lacks in raw performance of exige makes up in practicality and reliability.

Yes, it is ahead. Its far lighter than a Carerra GT or FXX. Therefore, there is more grip and better acceleration. OK, in a drag race the raw power of the FXX wins, but it would struggle to get away from the Lotus in the corners. My Exige is on PilotSport tyres and I’m planning to boost the engine to 210 hp. It’s just thrilling.

Looks beautiful. I have an Exige and nothing beats it for sheer thrill. Its way ahead the best from Porsche, Ferrari etc.

gotta admit this is just a waste of space on this site… different pain job and a/c. Since when did those factors contribute to making a sports car? Sure I know it’s already a sports car… but these are in NO way improvements.

Whatever. Every month a new clubsport track version of the Elise/Exige comes out. No one cares anymore. Slapping a new paint scheme and A/C on a car doesn’t make it a new car.
