Wickedated, I can say to you that Fiat is not that reliable in S America...yes, they're better than GM or Ford, but they can't beat VW here in sales or reliability (which isn't high anyway) the only car that is a hit is the Stilo, beating the Golf (which is MkIV facelifted here, total crap!!)

I watched 'Cars' again last night for the 1 millionth time with my three-year old son. I still get a kick out of the scene where Michael Schumaker visits Casa dela Tires with the two Maseratis.
Makes me wish I had $100K or so to spend on a car...

Ricardo, please! Maserati is an ultra premium brand owned by Ferrari. The old Maserati from the 80s is LONG gone. As a matter of fact, Fiats too. The old shitbox Fiat from the 80s are long gone, with Fiat pumping out very reliable vehicles in Europe and South America that compete head to head with Renault Clio and Peugeot 305. As for MG and Triumph, come on! Are you seriously comparing a Maserati to an MG? Why don't you compare it to a Lada? Flawed comparison. The Maserati GT in question is an exercise of Ferrari engineering and Pininfarina styling. What triggered my comment to you is that I do own a Maserati and it hasn't broken down any less or needed any more maintenance than my BMW.

how come you all comment on the design of the folding top? all i can see of it is a slight bit of the line... the rest is covered by some bulky big camouflage, that tells NOTHING about the real look of the RHT...?

Especially loving the first pic with the huge, almost flying-buttress rear camo.. I'd love to see a Cayman-like fixed-roof fastback version of the Spyder become the entry-level Maserati!

That illustration looks like the new Jag CF concept plus a Aston Vantage. Fairly good looking but, based on the illustration, I'm not 100% sold. Those roll bars need to go.

Wicked, I also don't need to own an MG, Triumph, or Fiat to know they are unreliable. I suppose you've never criticized anything that you didn't personally own? Yeah.....

RicardoHead, it's funny that you criticize Maserati's reliability with such authority. How often again do you take your Maserati GT to the dealer? Yeah.....
