That is obviously a photoshopped Saab 9-3 with Audi A4 headights and a generic Mercedes grille. Looks great though!

audifan: The CLK is much more expensive than a 3-series or a5. People have always been confused over its positioning due to its name and use of the c-class platform, but it has always been in the e-class price range. Since BMW never made a 5-series coupe (the 6-series is far more expensive and uses some 7er parts), it’s hard to find a good comparison. Audi doesn’t have an A6 coupe or convertible either, so the CLK kind of stands on its own.

Audifan; Even though the CLK class is a more comparible vehicle to the less expensive BMW and Audi, doesn’t mean that Merc didn’t INTEND for it to be competitive at a much higher segement…

I think the CLK is going to be CLE according to many articles (bigger/more expensive) to compete with AUDIO S5/A5. The true 3 series fighter C-coupe/convertable make sense. Price it similar to the 335 but make sure that its got similar HP count. As of now, the C350 is still short of 300HP. Considering G37 / IS350 / 335 all have retractable hard tops ~ it will be hard for the C not to have them (Considering that Mercedes is the first to make them popular with their SL/SLK started in the 80s.)

hang on, the article states that the clk is going to be renamed and is not this car,and this cars competitors are the Audi 5 and the BMW 3, But isnt that what the clk class competitors is?
