Well for one the evo is a sedan not a coupe, distinct markets. And where did the extra litre come from?!?!?! Building the eclipse on the evo platform would have reduced costs, the evo isnt exactly a high volume car. With the older evos, colts & mirage/cyborgs you could literally bolt on and bolt off most parts and interchange them.

Everyone that says the mitsu doesn’t have enough power or is overweight hasn’t driven it. Excellent car. Every review I’ve seen, including ours, of the convertible has said it is a better package than the coupe. If you don’t like the looks that’s one thing but if you haven’t driven it don’t complain.

are they selling the eclipse well? In my opinion it’s really ugly and they have a huge blind spot. I remember the engine being crappy and the weight is around 3000lbs? Anyway just an opinion just wondering if mitsu is selling em eclipses.
