Had he gone after the organization directly responsible for hiring the individuals in question (read: the teams for which the motorhome drivers worked) the stakes jsut are not as high and not as likely to settle.

Richard, in your example, the mailroom employees are also GM employees, but the motorcoach drivers are employeed by a team that participates in NASCAR, not NASCAR itself. This should be thrown our as another frivolous law suit. As a matter of fact, hold the lawyers responsible for these frivolous law suits. If they lose the case, they lose their license and they, and their client, have to pay for damages. Then we will see a drop in these stupid law suits. If they have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, what’s the risk?

1) Are you more upset with the fact that these three people you described are commenting on the girls record deal or the fact that they are in the golf course community grocery store ?
