Tesla sued over racial discrimination
Tesla is getting sued by three former employees over alleged racial discrimination. The suit claims the factory in Fremont, California, is hostile towards black employees; it notes supervisors used racial slurs and drew racist graffiti. The company hasn't commented on the suit yet.
Jaguar XK to return?
Jaguar design boss Ian Callum wants the brand to return to the 2+2 coupe market. His team is working on a replacement for the XK, though the project hasn't been approved for production yet. The model will be built alongside the next-gen F-Type if it receives the green light.
Land Rover: Next Defender to spawn family of models
Land Rover has confirmed the next-generation Defender will spawn an entire family of models. New London taxi begins testing
LTC's new London taxi has started its first round of real-world testing in the British capital. Built by Geely, the same company who owns Volvo, the plug-in hybrid cab is capable of driving on electricity alone for short distances. German Tesla employees to get pay hike

Nissan's domestic inspection scandal spreads
Nissan announced earlier in October that it would recall more than one million cars sold in Japan due to the vehicles undergoing final quality inspections by uncertified technicians. Wednesday, the company announced that internal investigation had revealed that uncertified inspections continued to take place after the initial scandal broke, despite assurances to the contrary.
