This morning it appears that another one of Audi's upcoming models has been leaked. Czech site Autoforum.cz has published a single picture of what it claims is the next generation of the Audi A3.
The picture shows a three-door A3 that is not drastically changed compared to the current model. The overall design stays essentially the same, and the front of it uses design cues that are also found on several recently-redesigned Audis.
The A3's revamped interior is not much of a secret, either. It was partly revealed by Audi at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas last month.
As for what's under the hood, a previous leak confirmed that the new A3 will be launched with an assortment of four-cylinder engines: the entry-level offering will be a 120 horsepower 1.4 TFSI, next up will be a 177 horsepower 1.8 TFSI and diesel fans will get a 138 horsepower 2.0 TDI.
If the car pictured above is truly the next-generation Audi A3, the company is likely to release official information about the car in the very near future.
Whatever the case may be, the next installment in the A3 saga will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show in about two weeks. The five-door Sportback version will be released a little later in 2012.
