The 2007 Smart ForTwo was spied in testing by photographer ‘skoochyatone.’ The photos don’t reveal much due to the high degree of camouflage. The car doesn’t appear to be a radical departure from the existing model, but it is expected to get more streamlined headlights and taillights. Shown right is an artist’s rendering of how those headlights could look. The new Smart ForTwo is expected in April 2007, according to statements made by Daimler Chrysler officials. Because these images show a relatively unchanged design, we are somewhat skeptical that they tell the full story. The 2007 model is believed to be all-new, rather than a “facelift.”
