For the average dipshit engineer that means that instead of coming in at 9 and leaving at 3:30 they can now work 9 to 2:30 and take an even longer lunch. Corporate management everywhere is sooooo fukkin stupid. These are the same fukkers that will slash benefits and pay and then be astonished when turnover shoots to 55% in 2 months, so they then bitch and moan that workers show no loyalty anymore.
