Nissan sells every Murano it can build….just sorry it cant impress people that visit web sites to comment on automobiles that have no taste…and probably not enough money to buy…better just to complain about it!

I’m a honda die-hard but mazdaman I have to admit the Ford Edge is simply more soul-stirring than the CRV or RAV-4. Maybe it’s those stupid commercials of the girl staring out the “vista roof”. Yet and still I would never buy a Ford unless they were selling them for $10 or something.

I thought the same thing as some of you; the $1500 drop serves as an incentive to counter the bizarre front end design.

I would probably purchase a CX-7 instead of the Murano. I am a little biased toward Mazda, but I do like its design much better. However, I would prefer the Murano (and the Ford Edge and Saturn VUE) over the Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4 (regardless of any advantages the Honda or Toyota might hold as far as price or mileage). I really don’t care too much for the styling of the Honda or Toyota products.

I know someone with a Murano, and it’s not bad. Nothing special, a sleek quiet ride, nicely appointed but doesn’t stir the soul.

I’m thinking the top of the line with the 20s is going after the FX45, lookwise….maybe…longshot

Impulsive, the AWD version is certainly much more expensive than the CRV, but its unique look wins me over. The CRV is just too typical and common. But a fully loaded Murano goes against the Acura RDX which I believe has a much faster 0-60.

Yes, ‘Veda’, end of run and still selling very well. Too bad they had to ruin the front, like ‘A4′ mentioned … $1500 less isn’t going to be enough. By the way, the CRV looks like **** next to this thing, even with this new grill.

I think RAV-4 & CR-V put some heat on Nissan. They about the same size, yet with 4 cylinders RAV-4 & CR-V cost significantly less. Hence, de-featuring of the model to drop down price. Actually, comparing RAV-4 with 4 cylinder to the one with 6 (test drive from 2 different dealerships), I could not see any advantage of extra 2 cylinders. large price difference between Rogue and Murano probably does not help in keeping competition at bay.

As they should if they are going to force people into buying it. The interior is great, but the exterior (especially front) is so bad that they will probably need a few thousand more in discounts to move these things
