When Nissan’s skunkworks team set out to create the Juke-R they did so with the intention of creating one of the most absurd, attention-grabbing, tire-shredding statements ever created.
Manifesting that in a video then probably looks an awful lot like what you are about to witness: a Nissan Juke-R racing a Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari 459 Italia and a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. In the streets of Dubai, of course. (Where else?)
(More after video)
While the comments left by the video viewers on the official YouTube page are mostly cynical in nature, at the end of the day one indisputable fact remains: the Juke-R defeated the supercar competition in this race. Granted, the Juke-R finds motivation from the powertrain typically found under the hood of a car infamously nick-named “Godzilla,” so this really can’t be all that surprising.
