I think the new Maxima will be a hit as it doesn’t have “me too” styling. Just look how successful the Honda CRV is with it’s unconventional looks.

^^ The Cefiro used to be a nicer alternative to the Camry and Accord but with the all-new Mazda 6 (test drove the Japanese version anyway), I’d get the 6 long before the Cefiro. But the Cefiro always has the more powerful engine.

Unlike you guys, we actually have the Teana here and it happens to be a better car than the Camry. I wouldn’t put it down just yet. No it wouldn’t make it to the US, but if it does it’s a nicer more luxurious alternative to the Altima. Which makes sense given that the Teana is what a full spec Altima should be with the asian market in mind. Cheaper than the Camry with Infiniti interior but horrendous depreciation value. The Teana was the replacement for the Cefiro which is known in the US as the Infiniti I30 in the early 00’s. So you can get an idea of what the car’s like.

Well I’m glad to see that Detroit isn’t the only ones who can botch a concept car on its way to production. The Intima concept is a beautiful car; this thing is a lumpy turd. Let’s hope it looks better in person than it does in the sales brochure.

It’s very different from Intima that was shown few months back. this is either larger G or M Infinity and has no kink to it. Intima was very French, this is very Japanese (flat chested and flat assed).

This would make a perfect companion to the Altima and strong competition for the Azera and Avalon.. but I seriously doubt this will make it to the US.

Good God, just what we need, another auto with horrible styling. It looks just like every other Hundai,Kia,Yota,Honda,Zuki,Datsun and all the other asian crap on the road. Enough is enough. The freakin Asians should try to build something that looks better than than an upside down bathtub on wheels. PASS!

God thats breathtakingly Ugly. What are Nissan thinking? Hard to believe this is the same company that brought us the 350z. Does anyone actually desire a Nissan these days? It seems to be such a forgotten brand…..would it matter if it quietly slipped away?
