German tuner Oettinger has introduced a hot-rodded Volkswagen Golf GTI. The 2.0-liter turbo four has been completely rebuilt with strengthened components and tuned to pump out 380 horsepower. The extra power is complemented by a full body kit.

General Motors spokesperson Pat Morrissey released a statement in response to the lawsuit filed by owners alleging that its diesel HD pickups employ an emissions "defeat device," stating: "These claims are baseless and we will vigorously defend ourselves.
