This is Good for GM “IF” they survive, because they never belonged owning SAAB. But this is even Better news for not only SAAB but for Sweden they should have their own car company. I know SAAB was not happy with the arrangement. I understand that the arrangement between Ford and Volvo is a pretty good one. But they too should reliquish Volvo. Ford stop stealing ideas and come up with your own. Ditto for GM.

Although i’m not a Saab fan, I’m glad that they are going to be directed by a new more efficient company. Maybe they will improve the drab GM designed interior

Lets see, extremely high cost labor, check.
Lack of experience and alliiances, check.
Lack of outlets and stores, check.
Name is currently without a direction, following or good models, check.
Meets all checklist requirements for a big failure.
Oustside their Turbo and engine tech, they got nothing but a huge up hill battle ahead.

This is great news… I’m with A4 – bring on the production version of the AeroX concept! I can’t help but sense new life in the Saab brand and the potential of what direction is quite exciting!
