Ive met Magna’s founder Frank Stronach, one of my prof’s worked closely with him when he owned his own business…. his (frank) energy drink is pretty good aswell
Buying Opel and Saturn would be perfect for them, get the awesome Opel vehicles and the Saturn dealer network in NA

Magna needs to get Opel AND Saturn (both of which they have bids in for) and then just keep Saturn on the strong Opel-based course it is already on.
