HSV,finally a model with more than just power,from what i have heard these new cars deliver in all the areas the previous HSV,s did not.If only the c6 corvette had a better quality cabin I might not be considering a new HSV.

VB, the versions that this car are based on have v6 options (around 190Kw or so in the more powerful guise) but are fitted with an auto.

If you go to holden’s website you can see the options (my pick is still the calais, until the statesmen probably )

Looks like Pontiac is trying to get back into excitement. Smart choice, I suppose. Use what’s already out there regarding platforms. If they’re smart, they’ll offer some lower HP versions for MPG and insurance reasons. Overall, I LIKE IT!!! I hope they offer a 6-speed manual tranny option with it.

The VE Commodore is on Holden’s web site, yes.
The “E-Series” HSV car (pictured here) is NOT yet on HSV’s web site. Monday is the premier… so this IS a scoop.

Mmm nothing special buy the way the wings pretty tame compared to other HSV models from the past the nose still don’t look right yet too much black crap (Like missing teeth?) but not a bad copy of the Ford BF FALCON!

I agree, it looks impressive without that tacky rear spoiler. Funny it seems to suit a smaller bodywork instead of the big sedan configuration of the Zeta platform. The proportions doesn’t seem right with the spoiler on.

Just loose the rear wing and make it a ducklid trunk ala M3 CSL.
