Porsche completed its new 911 line on Tuesday at the Frankfurt Motor Show, rolling out the racing-spec GT3 Cup model. Based largely on the street legal 911 GT3 RS model unveiled earlier this month, the GT3 Cup takes things up a notch, offering a factory prepared car for the track.
Building on the success of the previous GT3 Cup car, the new model is wider, lower and even more aerodynamic. The 2010 model also features a revised suspension, a racing exhaust system and wider wheel flares.

At the heart of the GT3 Cup is the same 3.8L found in the GT3 RS. Tuned to produce 450 horsepower, the new model boasts a 30 horsepower improvement over the last-gen car. A six-speed sequential gearbox is also part of the package, as are three-piece, 18-inch race wheels. Caron ceramic disc brakes are optional.

The Porsche GT3 Cup is expected to go on sale later this year. Pricing has been set at 149,850 euros, or about $213,350.
