they shouldnt increase the HP just gecrease the weight and make an RS version. But more HP wouldnt hurt. but then it might take sales away from the base 911. They should just strip like the elise.

Limited Edition gets you about $3000 dollars in additional accesories, all of which don’t really make it a better ride. Throw in a 911 engine with 325 ponies, and now your talking “Limited Edition.”

Another special edition for the chick market. And yet a Solstice will still smoke it (If you’re not in the shop waiting for another repair).

Save your money ladies and just buy a Miata. And make sure to keep your tow truck handy, you’ll need it.

As a rule when a car maker releases a ‘limited edition’ such as this, they are trying to pick up lagging sales.
The Limited Edition badge on the inside reminds of some package a Chevy dealer would throw on a Cobalt.

This is a cool looking Boxster but like many have stated, the car should have including a major boost in power and performance and not just some minor cosmetic changes.

I agree with younggun.
This is more like the designer version of the Boxster. Slap some more labels on the car, paint it an obnoxious color and make only a few to be sold at a higher price. I’m sure this car will be a hit with all the louis vuitton carrying sorority sisters looking to buy a designer boxster with daddys credit card.

i don’t care much when automakers do these “limited edition” models. typically all they are are a few custom aesthetic pieces. i say a TRUE limited edition model should have a bigger badder, engine, suspension, tranny…something with some actual performance value.
