@ JohnnyBlazE...
Now your Talking, a Hydrogen is compose for the most part the same as a gasoline engine, just that it has a higher combustion rate, it will not be hard to see a 1.3lt. all motor with 300HP, at the fly wheel, the only problem is that you need a cast ion block, and the thing will over heat. But it is a technology that dose need more exploration, maybe a "Hydrogen Hybrid", but for the hard core race junky, (like me) all I ask is for them to leave us to have our fun at the track at least, with our gas gazing monsters. Let's call the evolution of the EV car for what is, a Eco Box Car, a car that will get you from A to B with a long as extension cord...

yarddog upon seeing that episode of top gear, how were the hydrogen car efforts in your perception?

As a racer you'll find it boring i'm sure, but I found it also quite useful as an alternative to full EV - the car of tomorrow is so much better as a Hydrogen electric because it "is like the car of today" which is what May pointed out... Fair play to them non?

Still, nothing quite like Petrol eh? ;)

My 325 gets 200-240ish miles to the tank depending on the type of roads I'm driving on and how hard I drive it... bear in mind it only has a 55 litre tank though... :/

I remember watching a episode of Top Gear (simply the best TV car show ever)... And Clarkson dove a Telsa one on their track, it was FAST!!! it was Faster then the Lotus that they had on hand. The car was as he said "marvelous" and 12 laps or so in to the display of the car's dynamics of it's performance, it dies, the battery ran out... But the good thing is they had another Telsa on hand! And so round 2!!!!.... Until that one died in about 14 laps of so... And they both took more then 6hrs. to recharge....

Clarkson's conclusion just but the Lotus, it's cheaper and you get the performance with out an extension cord...

I have to say, I'm a track juncky, Drag Racing, Track Day's, Solo Racing, Time Trials, I'm all over it, I drive my car to the track, and back home. Until some one come's up with a better, lighter, more convenient way to make the battery's last, I'm just not sold in Eco Box Cars, especially the one that clam to be performances cars.....

125 miles is cool if ur driving in the city i guess but does it last that long driving conservatively or hard?
other than that, the price notwithstanding, i'm sold on these electric roadsters.
