The 15 year rule is not that the cars have to be at least 15 years old to be imported. Its if they are older than 15 they do not have to meet emissions/safety regulations. So yeah.. there are probably plenty of R-34’s in canada

there are no 34 skylines in canada, if you odfn’t know there’s a 15 year policy and only cars 15 years old can enter canada… the first 32s turned 15 last year

i wonder if this will affect the flow of r32 & r34 into canada as well. there seems to be a pretty healthy contingent here in the toronto area.
