OVB online is reporting that production of the little-known Gumpert Apollo has been started. The supercar comes with a 650 horsepower Audi RS6 engine with a second turbocharger. Delivery of the first cars, which can reach speeds up to 360 km/h, will take place later this year. Next year 50 to 60 cars will be made for the elite auto enthusiasts of the world. Already 12 cars have been ordered by customers in Germany, France, the U.K., and Switzerland, for a price of 198,000 euros each.
