It’ll have its ten minutes of fame and then be relegated to the rental fleets and big discounts. They price the foolish things for the same if not more than a comparable BMW, Audi or Benz.

I would rather have seen GM perfect the flaws of the current model than try to make an all new one.

Car and Driver magazine had some seroius issues with drivetrain durablity and sqeaks and rattles.

Also, are they taking the Corvette motor out and putting some DOHC Northstar in it? Too bad. The Vette motor is where its at.

Looks pretty badass, actually. since it’s a badass car in the present generation, one can only imagine how it’ll be with a second generation. GM might be having problems, but GM Performance puts out some stout cars, and this won’t be an exception.

this looks like the current-gen CTS-V. It woludnt make sense for them to slap the suggestive mesh grille onto it if everything else is camoed to **** anyway.

If you all will recall there were several ’spy’ shots of a current CTS with obscenely oversized wheels and fender flares everyone was calling a Super-V. Having seen how far along this car is I suspect that vehcile was nothing more than a test mule for the drivetrain in this car as it wasn’t ready, at that time, to accept it. I’m gonna bet’cha there won’t be a ‘Super-V’ based on the current CTS-V.
