this car have to start production soon, because i wanna see this on the streets or at car shows. finally Toyota/Lexus has something to compete with ferrari. well it lookz like an exotic car like a ferrari but does it have the power like a ferrari and can it keep up. But kant wait until the day they put the 2007 Toyota Supra on sale, Because i thoght this car was obsolete. Y is Toyota behind on the supra? does it take 9 years for them to design and build this thing. If its taking this long this better be a surprise, so Toyota come on you gotta hustle.

Funny, first thing I thought was Supra. I miss them. Real Japanese sports cars. Never liked the new Z and the RX-8 is just...off. Hard to explain.

It's a shame that cars like the Celica/Supra haven't gotten the attention they deserve from Toyota. They are all about the sedan and SUV now, but I guess you can't fault them for following the money trail.

Well now they can afford to actually build a supercar and/or sports car. They're on track to surpass GM for world's biggest automaker very soon, and i'm thinking they could splurge a little cash on a pet project, seeing as how they basically beat everyone except Honda to the hybrid punch.

It will be the SC430 harddtop edition.

Toyota will never again build a car that is as exciting as the supra. It's just not in their DNA, and certainly not in their best financial interests. They build boring soulless people movers and they do it very well.
