1c3dOg, again a pointless post, saying Maserati sucks is like saying Ferrari sucks, they rebodied Ferrari touring cars for the not-so-hardcore. Very sexy lines, beautiful interiors, and lovely engines. How can you not like them?

maserati needs to bring back the boomerang LED taillights from the 3200GT upon which the current US models are based. Maserati thought the current rear end appealed more to the US market than the Boomerang rear, so they changed it. Look up a 3200GT.. theyre gorgeous

ya man, i got it.

Maserati's are pretty looking and sounding, expensive gap fillers for the FIAT group. I'm not impressed with their current lineup at all however. I feel that they've missed their niche with the GT. Maser's to me were always lightweight MR's with exotic engines, not cheaper Ferrari's. The problem is, that's how they make their money these days, by being the "poor" man's Ferrari, albeit daily-drivable, which no prancing horse should be subjected to. I'd love to see Maserati build an Exige killer and get their high-performance racing heritage niche back. Nothing sexier than a homologation special out of Italy in my book, other than an even hotter one out of Japan.

Yeah, Maserati sucks. I'd never be caught dead driving one of those. I'd much rather drive a Chevy instead.

Maseratis are excellent used toys. The only people who would buy them new are those who are obsessed with being different.

well no one will buy a big alfa romeo, so that what maserati is for (compare sales of the 166 to the quattroporte)...it fits in perfectly between alfa and ferrari in the fiat group. sounds like the 3rd car will be a 6 series competitor..this could be interesting.
