Rolls-Royce says that its upcoming Ghost “entry-level” sedan was designed to be built as a sedan, a coupe and a convertible and that the luxury automaker plans to offer a full range of vehicles based on the platform. Much like the larger Phantom, the Ghost will spawn a full “family” of luxury rides – albeit at a lower price.
Heretofore known as the RR4, the Ghost is the upcoming BMW 7-Series-based “baby Rolls.”

“The Ghost was designed in a way to make other body styles,” Rolls-Royce designer Andreas Thurner told Autocar. “We have to build up a family for the Ghost just as we did for the Phantom.”
